We are on a regular Subscription which charges our card monthly. Card details changed or not enough in account.
Xero attempted to charge then locked our account. Pay Now button whited out so we CAN'T pay when we realised.
NO phone support. Keeps taking me to weird not logged in support pages and no Ticketing etc.
Super frustrated and going to change after 5 years this is extremely poor support for a major organisation.

My Xero bookkeeper has passed away but I'm still getting invoices and don't know how to get them stopped. There is no way to submit this since she had the Xero account, not me.

Hi, I have just completed a leave report because an employee questioned how many hours they had up. When I completed the report, there had been nothing recorded after 19th May 2024 for one employee and after 26th May 2024 for the other.
Then, it accrued hours again on the 20th October 2024 for another employee and nothing was recorded after that. We did switch to fortnightly pays on the 1st of June 2024, but that's not when the problem occurred.
We only have two staff members that are PPT. This problem also occurred with the sick leave.
Billing
I urgently need your assistance with processing the payment for the subscription, as Ive encountered issues with my cards and they are not working. Access to the system is critical for me right now.
IMPOSSIBLE to contact
I can't log in to raise a ticket (about being unable to log in).
There is no instruction on how to contact their support other than "click the question mark in the top right hand corner) - but i cant log in to click this. They dont have a phone number and I now have wasted over an hour just trying to find support. Pays due and unable to get help - Useless customer support.

You can not talk to anyone. Then they will say they tried to call but no they did not.
